on Trader the ladder is a hint: going a rung early is allowed with an acknowledgement, logged · on Pro it is a gate: an override needs a reason, is logged and stays visible
Billing questions
Can I change plans?
Any time. Up takes effect at once; down at the end of the period. Nothing is deleted — what no longer fits becomes read-only, and bots over the limit are paused with seven days' notice.
Is VAT included?
Yes, 5 % UAE VAT is included in the price shown, and every invoice is a tax invoice. Add a TRN for a company invoice.
Does SAIVOX take a share of profits?
No. You pay the plan. SAIVOX holds no funds and takes nothing from your trades.
How do I cancel?
Under Plans & billing. The plan runs to the end of the period, then becomes Starter.
